The evolve 75 ms version is certified for skype for business, so it is plug-and-play to answer and end calls, adjust sound and mute. If you are using a platform other than skype for business, select the evolve 75 uc version. For charging, you can use the USB cord provided in the box to connect to your laptop power to recharge, or you can a separate charging stand.
